Samsung unveiled its latest smartwatch range this week, headlined by the flashy Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, complete with the return of the physical rotating bezel.

Currently, only the black version of the watch is available in the bundle (although this could change, so keep an eye out if you’re after a different colour), but this remains a sleek-looking wearable that does a good job of mimicking the look of a traditional timepiece.
This is a pre-order, so it is worth keeping that in mind. The watch will be officially released on July 25, so if you order it today for Prime Day you should get it very close to that date.
The headline feature here is the completely new design, which takes many of its cues from the brand’s Ultra range. The face is a little more squared-off, and there’s a new system for quickly detaching and swapping out the straps for easy customisation.
Elsewhere, the physical rotating bezel makes a return for easy navigation, there are loads of AI features to help your fitness regime and updated sleep tracking.
We went hands on with the Watch 8 Classic ahead of its official Unpacked launch, with wearables expert Mike Sawh saying, “The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic offers some sizable upgrades over the last Classic, all while appeasing those who craved the return of a physical rotating bezel…the Classic feels like an Ultra Lite that’s actually not that light on features, and also offers a slightly more classy look.”
